I noticed Amy Adams was missing too. Maybe they don't like The Master very much.

I adore Julianne Moore, but I must admit I missed GAME CHANGE where she played Sarah Palin. Evidently it got several nods...anyone here see it?

I did, she did a stellar job portraying Palin, but the production itself was very made for TV. Not a super engaging movie beyond the acting turns.

The "look" of it was like a made for tv but the acting wasn't, especially Woody Harrelson! And Moore's portrayl was good enough to win her an Emmy for the role but the thing is that I think the film is almost a couple years old!

Maybe i should've said that "Game Change" felt like a couple of years old!

Loved the characters but aside from the kids I think Anderson films are pretty simple jobs for the actors involved, very effective but no really "masterful" performances

Ah yes the Awkward moment when the SAG awards come out and half the Supporting Cast nominees have been previously awarded Best Acting Actress. What are you doing there Sally Field? All the critic choices said you were a Main Role!

Because it doen't have any good actors in it. The only great thing about the show is make-up and there is no category about that.

I found it confusing that, in film, they separate acting by lead and supporting, and in TV, by genre. Is there a point?
