Gugino Accepts "Museum" Duty
by Scott Weinberg | January 05, 2006
Discuss Article
The lovely Carla Gugino, who made one heck of an impression last year with her "Sin City" performance, will soon star opposite Ben Stiller in Shawn Levy's live-action/CGI comedy "Night at the Museum," a project that's brewing over at 20th Century Fox.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Carla Gugino is in final negotiations to star opposite Ben Stiller in "Night at the Museum" for 20th Century Fox. Shawn Levy is directing the live-action/CG comedy, which centers on a goodhearted but bumbling security guard (Stiller) who works at a natural history museum where he accidentally trips an ancient curse that causes the animals and insects on display to come to life. "Museum" is set to begin shooting next month in Vancouver and is slated for a holiday release this year."

In addition to her ... memorable appearance in "Sin City," Ms. Gugino is known for her work in "Son in Law," "Snake Eyes," "The One," and all three "Spy Kids" flicks.

Gorgeous
I hate to sound like a pig, but no matter what I see her in from now on, I'll never be able to get the image of her gorgeous body in Sin City out of my head. What a beautiful woman.

Gugino is way to good to have anything to do with a Levy film. But hopefully it will be a career boost if nothing else.

You don't get much hotter than Carla Gugino. Am I the only one who lost interest in "Spin City" when they wrote her off the show?
