Twelve-year-old Sammy is the new kid in town. He desperately wants to fit in with the others, but no one seems terribly interested in befriending him until he devises a magical skateboard. With his new sidewalk surfboard, Sammy can literally fly. He soon finds himself and his invention scouted by a representative from a skateboard manufacturer.
