The new outlook, fresh cast and leaner chassis suggest that the franchise can really kick on from here, but it's hard not to feel that Skyfall itself is something of a missed opportunity. Better luck next time, James. Again.
I just want to kick the ass of these kind of critics.

You want to have some real fun? Go check out the Dark Knight Rises section. You'll see some true idiot comments over there....
Oct 17 - 08:39 AM
Actually they all got removed a while ago, a little late there... looks like you'll have to look elsewhere.
Oct 17 - 06:27 PM
They didn't get removed. Look at all the idiots who say good things about that movie as if it didn't suck....
Oct 21 - 08:06 AM
Oh I think I misread what you said, I thought you were talking about the comments in the negative reviews of that movie. The movie sucked to you, but don't act as if you speak on behalf of the general public. It's fine if you didn't like the movie but a majority did and to call them idiots just because you didn't like it is pathetic.

Here come the Rotten Tomatoes fuckers!
Oct 17 - 04:35 AM
He's just a writer in a dying field trying to make a name for himself. It's ok
Oct 17 - 06:31 AM
I love reviews that talk about what a movie could have been. He's just a writer trying to make a name for himself by being "different". You rebel.

3/5 = 60%
When you look at it that way heck no is a 3/5 a fresh review.
Oct 17 - 10:54 AM
But Rottentomatoes itself labels 60% as being fresh?
Oct 17 - 05:31 PM
Also, in case anybody forgets, this movie is going to have two, three, maybe even ten or fifteen negative reviews by the time it comes out in wide release all over the world. Or maybe even be like Dredd and get like 50 when it gets wide release(ugh cause that film is awesome)
You guys always rag on the first one, but consider that maybe a) RT published his first, by random chance. 2) he just happened to be the first critic, by random chance, to see the movie, dislike it, and write his review.
Nobody really even takes the time to read these first reviews with a rational head on their shoulders.
Lastly, if the first negative reviews for popular movies are always some conspiracy to get the internet world riled up and to draw attention to the "shitty indie site" the guys works for, you all, and myself included are just falling right into that trap by making a big deal about it.
Oct 17 - 11:01 AM
correction: dredd has 29 negatives. I thought it was more because its rt score dropped off after it came to america, was at 95 for the longest time or so
Oct 17 - 11:02 AM
3/5 does not seem that bad.
Oct 17 - 11:20 AM
The author of this review fails to really explain why it was a missed opportunity besides vague explanation that they failed to execute. I'd appreciate a more thorough explanation.
Oct 17 - 02:20 PM
You sir have absolutely no taste in movies at all.

The Movie Waffler
I actually really enjoyed this, the best since "On Her Majesty's Secret Service".
Oct 17 - 03:24 PM
This guy is a pretentious doof, and doesn't review movies so much as pretend to be better than them. How you guys could ever count him as an official critic reviewer, with merit, is completely beyond me. You should be ashamed.

Gary J. Firuta
Sounds like the first critic that 'gets it'.
Oct 17 - 05:38 PM
Obviously a critic that no one ever heard of that wants to receive mail.
Don't fall for this scam. i just did
