That Whirring Sound Explained

In cinemas across America, that whirring sound you hear is Ian Fleming spinning in his grave. "Look what they've done to my secret agent, ma." It's time to lay 007 to rest without further embarrassment. "Skyfall" is interchangeable with a dozen other "action flicks" at the cinemas. But hey, it's making money, right?

Actual this is the closest incarnation of Fleming's character. Or at least that's what most of the fans of the books keep saying.

It actually is the closest incarnation of Bond, but for further references, the Craig trilogy was set in the beginning of his career, which explains why there's no gadgets, no overly determined Bond girl (Although Vesper was a BOnd girl, I'm just mentioning it), no punch lines every 2 minutes and no cool cars with a rocket in every rims... so @Gerry you sir are an embarrassment by saying something like that, thus showing that you have no clue to what you are talking about...
