Reviews for A Smile Like Yours
What eventually makes "A Smile Like Yours" unbearable is, like a phone call from a vapid neighbor, the blessed thing just won't end!
You feel embarrassed for the actors and the crew that had to film them.
It is easy to see why Greg Kinnear always looks like he has a tear in his eye. Presumably this movie bored him to tears.
A shallow, empty-headed rehash of cliches about the perils of contemporary marriage and baby-making.
Writer-director Keith Samples has pieced together scraps of bad sperm jokes, an inane ‘rags-to-riches’ story line, and a boring extra-marital affair for ‘intrigue.’
Vacillates uncertainly between unfunny farce and ineffectual melodrama.
plays like a vintage Doris Day vehicle. ...If you hadn't bought a ticket and weren't sitting in a theater, you'd swear you were watching an extended TV sitcom.
