Never ones to shy away from controversy, South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone skewer Mel Gibson in the episode "The Passion of the Jew," which finds Kyle converting to Christianity after seeing Gibson's religious epic THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST. This 3-episode collection also includes "Christian Rock Hard," in which Cartman forms his own religious rock group, and "Red Hot Catholic Love," which tackles Church scandals involving pedophilia.

Offensive, thoughtful satire.
South Park - The Passion of the Jew (2004)

This wasn't nearly as funny as it could have been. It was mostly just gross. It did have it's moments though, like Cartman playing Hitler or starting his own Christian rock band. (There were two other episodes on the disc as well.)
