Homo-erotic and just plain bad. The antagonist is the most wooden, emotionless actor I've ever seen. This is no exaggeration the worst movie I've ever seen.

My brother, a friend, and I watched this film to see how horrible it is. Turns out it was extremely hilarious. I haven't laughed like this in a while. By far the most pathetic attempt at filming ever. The race scenes were crap, the acting horrible, and the plot just plain ridiculous. This film made me laugh a considerable amount though.
