I think thta the things that spoiled the film, were:
-The love situations or those things, all the discussions that MJ and Peter had
-A dancing Spider-Man
-A very frightened and depressed Sandman.
-Venom's short appearance.
-That Flint Marko was the one who killed Unlce Ben.
-Lots of hate.
I liked this better than Raimi's SM1. The Green Goblin was like a 1960's comic book villain. The villains in SM3 were more like villains from 1980's comic books.
I didn't think it was bad, but I didn't think it was all that good. Venom's origin was underwhelming and he wanted to kill Spider-Man for stealing his girl and getting him fired? Really? That's not compelling at all. I liked Sandman, but he should have been far more menacing and should've been the focus rather than Harry and Brock.
YOU KIDDING ME!? Sandman had almost as much focus as Peter Parker in only a couple of scenes, the relationship between his wife and daughter as well as his views on what he does was brilliantly filmed XD Other than that, this film was passable, good but not great at best. All the fanboyish hate with a rather laughable blood thirsty style is just too good yet unnecessary XD

I'm glad you got some enjoyment out of it, but I hate it.
