.. even though Revenge is a better experience than Phantom Menace or Attack of the Clones, it doesn't add anything that satisfying or compelling to the big picture.

Hahaha your not too bright are you, THE gib picture is the stroy aof a man named anakin dskywalker, might be important to show the change over to the other side of the force.. movie is my fav all time..

What the **** are you talking about? The movie explains how Darth Vader and the Empire were created, what happened to all of the Jedi, and why Obi-Wan and Yoda go into hiding. AKA it explains everything that was a mystery in the original trilogy!

Wow this is the most pathetic review ever, are you like blind or deaf? I certainly agree with superzone, this is the story which gives us a conclusion in how everything had unfolded in the other films. Perhaps you should watch it again maybe 100 times so you can realise how crap this review is.

This film does not embrace at all what the original star wars films were about. Revenge is like a boring sci-fi soap opera! Fact: it's not a a great story. It's predictable. Films at this level are as much about a commercial gain as anything else. So yeah - LOVE IT if you must - but understand that it's not a well told story. I Love sci-fi and i love star wars - but I found this boring.

Funny everyone is so busy compare the movies no one even cares how those movies complete the story line. Whether you find Episode I, II, or III boring or not you can't deny it completes the story. So many blanks got filled after the recent movies I never even thought about how boring it was all I was thinking was, "So this is why ___ happened in the older movies." It's all action with everyone nowadays. Soon story line won't even matter.

I agree with you. I completes the story very well. It's great as a prequel! Desson Thomson isn't saying much - it is compellingly well-written and the motion picture and visuals satisfy. And not only does it complete the saga, it also concludes it and also completes the character development of the main characters - even Anakin/Darth Vader. Some people are just stupid enough not to understand it as a prequel. Even Desson.
