Joe Pesci stars as Louie Kritski, a heartless landlord who has been so negligent in keeping up his ghetto apartment that he is threatened with jail time. The judge gives him another option, which he accepts -- he must live in his rat-infested hell hole until he brings it up to liveable standards. Joe Pesci as a heartless greedy landlord who is forced to stay in one of his own slums. Typical contrived Hollywood junk in which the nasty rich man is taught life lessons by the noble poor folk. I'd like to force heartless greedy studio execs to sit through hours of this kind of crap...
