Critic Review - TIME Magazine

The best Hollywood movies always knew how to sneak a beguiling subtext into a crowd-pleasing story. Superman Returns is in that grand tradition. That's why it's beyond Super. It's superb.

You give bad reviews to good movies, and you call this superb? You're a sucker and let this movie play you as a fool. Awful movie, wooden performances, bad plot, and really misguided ideas. Get smarter, be more like Ebert, he seems to be the only one that can see through this movie.
