In an effort to improve relations with the community, officers from a local army base decide to throw a party. Townsfolk and soldiers are invited to attend. A problem arises, however, when Shannon, one of the officers, starts flirting with Ramona -- a woman whom Sheriff Harve considers his personal property. So the sheriff and the local town militia put Shannon under arrest.
