Critic Review - Rolling Stone

It's fun for about 15 minutes seeing Neeson do James Bond as Daddy Dangerous. But the surprise wears off quickly.

By looking at your past movie reviews (this being a good example) I can see that you should seriously think about a career change..

Travers is one of the best critics in the biz. You know he's a top critic and writes for Rolling Stone, right? This movie wasn't even good. His review is right and you aren't.

I actually enjoyed Taken. I thought Liam Neeson did a really good role of a retired soldier trying to fight just to win her daughter back. It was thrilling enough.

I mean honestly, I respect your opinion but Taken is by far one of the better Thrillers out there. Of course there is only one surprise, that is when they take the daughter. The rest isn't supposed to be surprising, it is supposed to be an acid trip into Liam Neeson's house of doom! Remember you were watching an action thriller, not a horror thriller where there loads of suspense and pop-out monsters. Re-watch the movie and remember what magical words I just spoke to you. This is my opinion.

Sorry Peter, but personally I don't think you know how to look at a movie and give it the score it deserves. I saw "The Master" yesterday. 60% of the people in the theater walked out in the middle, and with good reason. The movie was a (very, VERY) bad joke. You, of course - gave it 4/4.
Please, buddy.... you're in the wrong career. Take a week off... and think of a change.
