Summary

It looks like those rumors about Terminator 4 arriving in 2009 might have been on target -- according to a report published at CHUD on Tuesday, the sequel has been fast-tracked at Halcyon, and may even have found its director. Back to Article

And, I'm sorry, but Terminator 3 rocked?? I didn't just read that. I couldn't have.

I mean, "She'll be back"? "Talk to the hand"? Give me a break. That takes me back to the Elton John glasses gag. Cameron was pushing limits when he threw in the wonderful sunglasses gag in T2, but the Elton John thing was an insult, through and through. And the bit with the keys in the visor? WTF? It didn't make sense in any, way, shape or form in the Terminator franchise.

Cameron would've made us say, "My God!" as he's always done. T3 made everyone in the theater practically sick from its blatant stupidity and copy format. It copies almost everything great in The Terminator and Terminator 2, and stupifies it all.

The bottom line is Cameron's two Terminator films will stand the test of time, but everything from T3 on will be as forgettable as the Planet of the Apes sequels. Does anyone even remember what they were about or who was in them?

Hey, anyone see Cameron's T2: 3-D? Boy, that was an awesome experience. The mini hunters were amazing. I sure will miss all of those wonderfully creative gizmos from James Cameron's original concepts.

Vin Deisel is the right man for the job in my experienced about movies that alot of true hard core fans agree with. And i challenge anyone who says different. challengeing in ways on how much they keep up with movies. Vin Deisel was real good in chronicals of riddick trilogy. It was his attitude That made the character riddick work. And his voice is unique in every way. A teminator 4 which I hope he stars in will shut alot of peoples theory about his acting. I will laugh at them for thinking that he couldn't do it. His unique voice will make the terminator sound real cool. And his carizma will be matching his voice. You will all see how he pulls it off.

Its not because Arnie is NOT going to make a presence or even agree to a CGI based appearance. The liscensing issues, IT definitely ain't happening ARNIE fans. EVER.

The original owners (Mario Kassar) or whatever of the trilogy are trying to hang on to all the money. (Franchise royalties, distribution profits) The whole francised is screwed until real life 2021.

Thats why T3 sucked.

Its going to suck because the thousands of fans have asked for the last 9-14 years for a post-apocalyptic battle sequences and some story based in the ruins of Los-Angeles. Perhaps a futuristic scene of the cavernous Skynet head-quarters production facility and Skynet time-travel machine with KYLE REESE jumping in it.

But since we never get any of what the fans ask for, I decided my Username for the next 28 months is T4SucksAlready.

How about Arnold in a Wheelchair with Mini-guns welded on the sides. Is that
too much to ask for?
