Shot piecemeal over the course of four years on locations in 18 countries, The Fall is a genuine labor of love -- and a real bore.
I challenge you to see it again, this time pay attention to the details! There is so much more there than all you 'critics' got. It's a real shame that a movie like Caspien or even Sex in the City get a fresh rating from the critics, but you all rated this a 44!?!?!??? Meanwhile the public seems to have seen a movie you didn't and have been rating it at over 80! So what's going on? You went in thinking , "oh this is the guy who directed the Cell, so this is gonna be the same?" Get over it, and see it again. It's brilliant! Sorry there wasn't an explosion every 5 minutes to keep you up....

You clearly no nothing about Nathan Lee or his taste in film.

I'm amazed at the negative critical response to this movie. I thought it was phenomenal, and I can't imagine writing something so flippant and negative about such a wonderful work of art. "A real bore. Made his name marketing soft drinks and sneakers. White people with dreadlocks. Strictly bargain bin." It sounds like an inept 5th grade child wrote this review. I'm ashamed to have even read it, and I hope it doesn't dissuade too many people from seeing this wonderful film. I'll remember to forget anything Nathan Lee has to say about movies. He clearly has no taste.

nope, he's right. by the end of the movie, you're thinking "just be done with this already!" yes it was beautiful, but great story-telling it was not. just got dull.
