The pic is so bad that it's worth seeing for just how bad.

Audience Reviews for The Foreigner

Sitting through this no-budget No Wave film is an endurance test, especially if you were only lured by the false promise of a co-starring Debbie Harry role (she has one quick scene where she smokes in a street alley and croons a bit in foreign languages). The rest mostly involves a hair-bleached, white-suited visitor (Eric Mitchell) who wanders around the strange city acting puzzled and distracted. He sees punks here and there and tries to escape some bad guys.

Director Amos Poe has a career heavily focused on the underground New York scene, spanning other films such as "Blank Generation" and "Alphabet City."
