If I wanted to spend two hours watching a plucky kid and his feisty dog run around having adventures, I'd dig out my old "Jonny Quest" cartoons.
Well, what did you expect from a title called "The ADVENTURES of Tintin"?

Perhaps you should have stayed home Stephen and spared us your whining. The movie was beautiful to watch, a lot of fun and a hell of a lot more cinematic and well-made than simply watching Jonny Quest in flat, slow animation. When someone craps in your cereal in the mornings Stephen before you see a film, spare us whatever is on your mind after that.

Well, I suppose, Mr. Whitty, you could do that very thing and stick to a comic hero whose action is set in dear old America. However, Tin-Tin has been around a lot longer than Johnny Quest and endeared a much wider audience in book form.

Stevie... It's still a cartoon aimed at young viewers. Either review it that way or ask your son, nephew etc. to review it.
