Movie InfoHenrik is 35, but he still parties with his high-school buddies like they were in they're 20s. His mother cares for him like he's still a child. Critic Reviews for The Almost Man
"The Almost Man" may be slight, but how many films can pack equal amounts of emotional nuance and inappropriately sprayed urine into just 75 minutes?

Martin Lund's script is perspicacious in making Henrik's bad choices understandable enough emotionally, but also nudges the audience toward wishing the man would wise up.
...as a tightly constructed look at the more serious symptoms of Peter Pan syndrome, The Almost Man mostly works.
