I thought Devin passed the review of this movie to someone else from his site becuase he was biased from the beginning...better word is probably hater...but no he just wanted to give two bad reviews...great job. And he really thought that people will think that he knows anything about the character if he will give people one title of the comic book...and it just showed that he knows sh*t...There's like only one page of Peter without his powers in Amazing Fantasy #15 and on this page he's trying to ask the girl out...there's also one page where he says that he would took care of those bullies if he wouldn't be weak.

Batman also used a gun in his very first appearance but that aspect of his character was altered. Are you like, brain dead? Do you not get how fictional characters can change over time? The point is what Peter Parker and his alter ego represent. It sounds like the filmmakers for this new flick completely miss the mark. Stop blindly defending the flick and see it first. 77% is where Thor is. If it really is in the league of Thor I would be worried I won't be entertained much. Hopefully the tomatometer can prove it's better than that film was. Negative reviews I normally brush off and go whatever (I never bash but sometimes judge) but to know Devin pulled this trick from his ridiculous blog kind of makes me think he is acting like a tool.

The reviewer said the truth. He released an honest review.
The tools are those promoting and praising this awful movie.
Sony greey managers behind this fraud production can only laught at those helping them getting richer and richer selling bad products like this one.
WarnerBros managers tried the same with the awful Green Lantern but they failed.
Unfortunately there are currently too many drinking the Sony marketing dept kool-aid and enjoy being sheeps.
Too many reviewers get paid by studios to praise bad movies like this one.
The few honest reviews like this people should only listen. The greedy managers behind these frauds don't deserve to steal people money and getting away with it.

I don't usually comment on negative reviews for movies I haven't seen yet (or in general), but the level of BS this guy has put out in the last few months regarding this movie is inescapable, and frankly, unprofessional.

Throwing out lies of Sony execs hating the movie and breaking the embargo early last month to tweet a negative reaction in order to kill anticipation is childishly low.

Everyone is allowed their own reaction, be it positive or negative, but becoming the epicenter of a misinformation campaign because you don't agree with a movie's mere existence isn't what journalist with any kind of worth do.
