This movie NEVER plunged into action save for two drawn out action sequences, one of them being that "beautifully absurd" (I would have used another phrase, it rhymes with "ducking defarded") chase in Manilla.

Reading this review, I kind of get the feeling you saw the trailer, fell asleep (like I wanted to) and woke up whenever a gun shot went off. Which means you missed the hour and a half of nothing substantial happening. This movie was like an escalator that swings around at the top and brings you back down...pointless, and a waste of time and money.
