In the review he actually types out bullshit. It doesn't make sense to use *** for the hit part of bullshit and still treat it as though it is actually part of the quote, but use square parentheses to indicate that a word is being added to make the quote make sense in the caption. Just allow the word bullshit to be used as written, or write bull[***] to indicate that the person who put the quote in the caption is for some reason deciding to censor the word. When I first read the quote in the caption, I thought to myself, "why is the reviewer choosing to censor a word he himself chose? That's the stupidest fucking thing I've read today." Turns out the individual who used the quote in the caption censored the word. It's misleading.
