What am I missing here?

When I saw the tomatometer and the audience,98% I thought wow i stumbled onto a good movie. But then I watched it.
To me and my opinion it stunk, boring, almost feel asleep. I don't understand how it got such high ratings?
************spoiler alert********** The guy at the end when he couldn't open the door, he says "are you a student" yes "oh then come on in" with a bag big enough to carry a bazooka......totally crud. if this is true about how security is in a school. We are in trouble.

This movie is simply garbage. I knew it stunk 5 minutes in. It stunk at the 60 minute mark. With 20 minutes left I wasn't about to waste my time any longer. What a piece of garbage.
