This just proves critics reviews dont mean shit. Half of these movies would never make any Stallone fans top 10

"Oscar" would have been among my top ten. Since it hasn't been reviewed by the RT Critics it didn't have an opportunity to make the list. Being a comedy it is also not the norm for Stallone and showed that he can make a great movie without punching anyone in the face.

Ants? I could have sworn that movie got panned. Whatever, Rocky and First Blood are fucking great. For some reason the electronic cable guide thing gave First Blood two stars.

Oh, come on. It?s Demolition Man. After all it?s what gave us Benjamin Bratt as a major nerd, Denis Leary first real crazy rant?(yes I want to eat a big greasy stake thank you), and Sandra Bullock first cool movie (ok, that and Speed was it for her. Sorry to all you girls out there). Sure Rambo blew things up and Rocky beat things up, but Spartan (the original Rambo and Rocky) was handed a two seashells and was told to whip his?well watch the movie to find out what he did with that twisted culture. AWESOME movie!

Rocky (the entire franchise, but the first is my favorite film of all time hands down), F.I.S.T., Paradise Alley, The Lords of Flatbush, Lock Up, Copland...those are his more dramatic movies, which I love, but then of course First Blood (and the rest of the Rambo films), Cobra (sure it's corny, but it's good old 80s action fun), Tango & Cash, Cliffhanger, Nighthawks (underrated), etc.

Stallone is extraordinarily talented, diverse and has an enormous amount of range. His roots are in dramatic acting, which so many people don't seem to understand. He has given numerous nuanced performances, giving incredible depth and substance to his characters. He is beyond underrated and is my personal favorite actor of all time.

I thought I'd seen (or least heard of) all of Stallone's movies, but somehow, until now Nighthawks has entirely escaped me. I must acquire it!

I'm really surprised at how low Rocky is on the RT community score; I find more often than not, if there's a major discrepancy between the critics and the RT users, I tend to side with the RT users, but definitely not this time. 65% puts it below Rocky II, Rocky IV, Rocky III and Rocky Balboa. I love pretty much all Rocky movies, but I couldn't really put any of them ahead of the first, except maybe Rocky III. Rocky II and Rocky Balboa are great movies, but in many ways they're essentially rehashes of the first one, so I could consider them equally as good, but not better. And Rocky IV had really fun training and fight scenes, but the rest of the movie was really just garbage; seeing it scored 15% higher than Rocky really blows my mind. But, to each his own I guess.

I thought FIST was a well acted and entertaining movie. Should get some kind of honorable mention.
