Entertaining enough family film.
Audience Reviews for The Land Before Time IV - Journey Through the Mists
Why did I continue to watch the Land Before Time sequels? I was bored. Again, a horrible movie.More
Littlefoot becomes more like Indiana Jones in this outing. His grandfather is dying so he must find a golden flower that will cure him. The animation is less detailed than before, with there certainly being many depth issues. The songs are very bland, but this means that you don't really notice them, making it an unexpected plus. An addition of a female version of Littlefoot does nothing to spice up proceedings, and the villains are just hungry oafs. All the characters from the original, apart from Littlefoot and Cera, are reduced to retarded, grammatical nightmares. Yes, they were like this in the original, but why not explore them a bit more rather than relying on their "cute" factor?More
