Steve L. writes: on Nov 04 2009 05:21 AM Wow, and all this time I thought Guttenberg was dead, turns out it was just his career. So they talked to him on the set of his current film, what was that? Maybe they just talked to him in his basement where his camcorder was set up. (Reply to this) |

Gordon Franklin Terry Sr writes: on Nov 04 2009 05:23 AM FUNNY! (masturbation jokes) ha ha ha STEVE GUTTENBURG IS AWESOME!!!!! I made the fam watch POLICE ACADEMY last week (I was going to make them watch all six but the first was enough aparently) EVERYBODY loves THREE MEN AND A BABY and COCOON (but most of the beloved Cocoon cast have passed-away; maybe the new "senior Citizens:" i.e. Chevy Chase, Bill Murry, Leonard Nimoy, William Shatner, Lilly Tomlin, Penny Marshall, Carole Burnett, Tim Conway, Clint Eastwood can appear) BUT Ever since STEVE GUTTENBURG appeared in Larry Cohen's ITS ALIVE (about the mutant babies) in 1974, he's been a welcome addition to the Pantheon of Stars (so to speak) TACKLEBERRY (David Graf)-Rest In Peace (Police Academy . . . maybe the David Graf character could have had five "crazy kids" who became POLICE ACADEMY cadets for the sequel) (Reply to this) |

BUCK69 writes: on Nov 04 2009 05:36 AM I think Guttenburg would just like to get back to work. As for the Police Academy movies, we made a deal with the Soviets in 1989: They promised to tear down the Berlin Wall based on our promise to stop making Police Academy movies. (Reply to this) |

Dexter Morgan writes: on Nov 04 2009 05:56 AM I think that this newstory in itself is a joke. Seriously, of all the tiresome dead as can be franchises that need to be brought back in this idea drought that Hollywood is currently suffering from, why, just why, in the name of everything does Police Academy have to be it? Damn. (Reply to this) |

vogonpoet writes: on Nov 04 2009 07:15 AM I think it should be Three Men and THE Bride. Uma Thurman tracking down and killing Guttenberg, Selleck, and Danson. I would watch that. (Reply to this) |

nathanpoitras writes: on Nov 04 2009 09:49 AM Sounds more like a threat than a promise. That said though, Ted Danson's having quite the career revival lately. (Reply to this) |

Dave J. writes: on Nov 04 2009 11:08 AM I think the RT headline is a little misleading since the article never stated that the movie "Three Men and a Bride" was to be a sequel; I mean what was 1990's "Three Men and a Little Lady". And if the sequel was already made than this makes this movie a third. (Reply to this) |
