The film is so proud of its alleged daring that it even begins with a dictionary definition of the word 'deviant.' 'Sitcom' would have been more like it.
Top CriticThreesome, by falling into the common trap of mistaking pretentiousness for substance, loses its way early on.
Not a great movie, but in its own way it is an effective one, and more than most other movies it is accurate and honest about the sexuality of young people.
