When Steve and Johnny set up... Steve and Johnny are a couple of adventurous ex-GIs who get an oil company president to bankroll a rig to drill for "black gold" at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico. When Steve and Johnny set up their operation, they find that the area's fishermen believe that all the noise of drilling is scaring away all the shrimp, and destroying their livelihood. Now this enterprising duo has to figure out how to excavate the oil and placate the locals at the same time. However, an incoming storm and shortage of cash will make all these things very difficult to accomplish. [More]
