Tiny Little Lies (2008)
A floundering artist scrambles to cover-up his wife's murder in hopes of making a big sale in director J. Randolph Harrison's tense drama. Michael Taylor's art hasn't been selling well, so when a pair of wealthy patrons makes him a $10 million offer he attempts to seal the deal by inviting them to a dinner party. Shortly after his guests begin to file in, however, Michael discovers his wife murdered in an upstairs bedroom. Desperate not to upset his guests for fear of driving them away, the scheming artist implores the three other people who know about the murder to maintain their silence until the evening has ended. But who within the group could have committed such a heinous act? Could it have been the recently departed's loyal assistant Dominick, her handsome former lover, or even Michael's own alluring young protégé? As the party gets underway and suspicions start to simmer, it seems like only a matter of time before the truth comes out for all to see. … More
