I think it's impossible that people would waste all that money and time to make a fake trailer! I believe that the real April Fool's joke for The Legend of Zelda......is that it's real

LOL Oh man, that was funny. My friend told me that a Zelda movie was coming out as well as Titanic 2, and I thought he was joking around until he sent me the link here. I watched that horrid [although well done considering I now know it's a joke] trailer for it and still thought it was real XD I believed your Zelda story, then after I read all of The Shining story, I clued in that it was April Fools :P Wow, I feel dumb. Not really my fault, just I would actually believe Hollywood would do this kind of stuff to movies nowadays. Tisk tisk. That Titanic 2 trailer [which I've seen before] is still really funny though. Had a good laugh reading that... This is long.

You know for any joke to work it has to sound half way plausible. The fact that these sound like something Hollywood would realy do is what's truely scary.

Cloverfield 2: Smoke Hawaii Bigger cast=Box office bomb?
This is more like an indirect prequel/sequel to Lost.

Thank goodness it's April Fools man, because when I first read this post and had forgotten about that, I was horrified to read about the "Shining" remake. That would have been so god-awful.

The trailer for Zelda WAS pretty weak, but I have to admit that it really depressed me knowing that there probably won't be a REAL trailer for the Legend of Zelda any time soon. I think someone needs to step up and take on the project.

"Capitalizing on the popularity of the "street dance" movie genre recently, Six Flags has rumored to be looking for a deal for their elderly dancing mascot to get his own movie."

I think that's my favorite joke, but they all made me laugh out loud.

I actually think the soprano's sounds like a pretty cool idea, and I would absolutely love a Zelda movie.

Titanic 2: A New Voyage!! The funniest thing I have ever heard! Talk about a career ending role. This is the best movie joke ever.

As a big fan of the games, I was very impressed by that trailer. Of course for a real movie this would be terrible, but for a joke I thought this was really great. They captured the Zelda-by-Uwe Boll trailer very well and was the best april fools joke I saw on the internet this year imo.

Even if it is April fools day, it's not funny to joke about a legend of zelda movie! I'm gonna be pissed off till it actually happens now.

Actually, I did hear rumors (6 or 7 years ago) that they were considering a Titanic 2- same ship/catastrophe only that the story would be told from different characters' perspectives but with some scenes to include Jack and Rose.

after watching that Zelda trailer, my only thought was "This had better be a joke," because I love the Zelda series and that trailer looked worse than a Uwe Boll flick.

Tommy Lee Jones as the aging Superman = WHAT? That's the worst fake casting I've ever heard!!

I was inspired to think of Tommy Lee Jones as the aging, tired, haggard Superman of "Kingdom Come" after seeing "No Country for Old Men", and the connection between Jones being from West Texas, and Clark Kent's roots as a "farm kid from Kansas." With age, I was thinking Superman/Clark might turn more "countryish", especially since when we first see him that's exactly what he is doing... running a farm. Plus few people do tired/haggard like Tommy Lee Jones, but he can also become very fierce and bad *** too.
