It's mostly a joke, April 1st?? cmon, The Titanic 2 one is a dead giveaway! But the only story that seems to be right is the Legend of Zelda movie, The trailer looks so real, and I know that a fan made movie was in the works, so it may be it!

Entertaining Zelda trailer, but why must you taunt the nerds with that Kingdom Come blurb? A movie like that (only all cgi pl0x) would be like heaven on Earth. I mean... Clint Eastwood as Batman? Awesome.

Tommy Lee Jones as the aging Superman = WHAT? That's the worst fake casting I've ever heard!!

Clint Eastwood as the aging Batman/Bruce Wayne = OH HOLY HELL! YES! Best idea EVER!

They should have played up TITANTIC 2 as a prequel. Call it, "Jack's Landing" or something. That would have been a smidge more believable.

.. The Zelda thing is hilarious. I love when Link puts on his outfit only to see him rocking that flimsy and pointless cap.

People really went all out for April Fool's Day this year, huh?

We meant that the section of the Britannic that was hit by the mine roughly corresponds to the section of the Titanic that was struck by the iceberg. We'll change the language to be less confusing.

Did they really need this many jokes? First off, are we really supposed to be stupid to believe some of this, especially the Zelda movie when earlier they reported it as a joke? Now are they gonna have a response tomorrow telling us that this is all a fake or just leave it alone and have fanboys wondering whatever came of the Kingdom Come movie?

Well... when I wrote the piece, it was actually just 5 stories (Shining, Cloverfield, Warcraft, Kingdom Come, Sopranos), but we then added the Titanic / Zelda stories because they were great too, even if I didn't come up with them myself, and at the same time... it would have been a shame to ditch the 5 original stories that I already wrote (over the weekend, hee). : )

i especially love the Zelda trailer; it looks real, up until he puts on the actual video game costume complete with stupid pointy hat.

The only fake news that doesn't seem completly and absolutely horrible(even though The fake LOZ trailer does actually look like a real trailer for a real movie. A movie that would probably be hilariously bad, but still a real movie) would be Kingdom Come. Clint Eastwood was an aging Batman would be the best movie news EVER. The fake "Shining" remake was HORRIBLE, even for fake news. I like Justin Long, but Jesus Christ!

I watched that horrid [although well done considering I now know it's a joke] trailer for it and still thought it was real XD I believed your Zelda story, then after I read all of The Shining story, I clued in that it was April Fools :P Wow, I feel dumb. Not really my fault, just I would actually believe Hollywood would do this kind of stuff to movies nowadays. Tisk tisk. That Titanic 2 trailer [which I've seen before] is still really funny though. Had a good laugh reading that... This is long.

Tommy Lee Jones as the aging Superman = WHAT? That's the worst fake casting I've ever heard!!

I was inspired to think of Tommy Lee Jones as the aging, tired, haggard Superman of "Kingdom Come" after seeing "No Country for Old Men", and the connection between Jones being from West Texas, and Clark Kent's roots as a "farm kid from Kansas." With age, I was thinking Superman/Clark might turn more "countryish", especially since when we first see him that's exactly what he is doing... running a farm. Plus few people do tired/haggard like Tommy Lee Jones, but he can also become very fierce and bad *** too.

But I still say Clint Eastwood as old Batman is, quite possibly, one of the coolest casting ideas 'ever'. Maybe they should make a Batman Beyond flick and give ol' Clint a call... :)

I have to say that the most devastating peice on info on this page is definatly the Shining remake/sequel! OMG why??? the movie is perfectly great as it is, we dont need some money hungry airhead film makers to come and bugger it up for us. It is totally unecessary, i can allready hear the words "box office bomb" echoing around in my head, how depressing. Whats worse is that thier ideas to "update" the film are horrendous. an extreme sports person, dawky teenage brother, ghost of Jack Torrence!!!!! i'm sorry but who agrees that this would be a huge mistake? i just hope they realise what they are doing and scrap it before it's too late!
