There's no point to it; nothing to fight for. colony of what? freedom from what? all they do is sky jump from a high city to a low city? Then try to kill each other. The sets are magnificent, but the first interpretation of the classic is far better story-wise to me. This would have been better if Colin was a blade runner and the droids/or/clones, wanted him dead to keep the secret of them ruling the world.

Colony of lower class people and freedom from the higher class people (Republic of Britain) and the leader wants to get rid of the lower class workers with robots (yunno the ones you see in almost every gunfight scenes)
Geez dude, fucking watch the movie and listen... if you can't do that, then just don't go to the movies...

Steve, I havent even seen the movie yet, and I still have to agree with Jon. It may be watered down, etc, but the gist I get is its based on the book, not the first movie.
Youre WAYYYY too full of yourself, I saw you post other rants on this movie as well. Even if you WERE a movie critic, who cares? Theyre full of crap like you and think their shit doesnt stink either.
