Along with his partner Susan Taylor (Nicola Walker), the unconventional Creegan must deal with crimes involving the seamier side of human nature, including pedophiles, mercy killers, and copycat murderers. In TO DEATH AND BACK, the detectives take on the case of a suspected mercy killer who treated a number of patients that turned up dead with suspicious tattoos. The case weighs heavier than usual on Creegan, who at every turn remembers his own near-death experience and vows to bring the killer to justice. [More]
