i don't thinks that's fair at all to say. you're one man and really have no idea what creates excitment in certain individuals. I'm no intellectual when it comes to movies and there are many like me who get excited about a bunch of giant robots blowing each other up for two hours. It's not an inferior taste and clearly it makes money because it made billions of dollars. If he keeps making more i'll go see them

Lyndon D, don't tell me you can't watch Raiders of the Lost Ark and immediately notice the difference. Bay's films have action and epic spectacle galore, but as far as fun and genuine excitement go? I've had more fun driving to work in rush hour. By the way, this is coming from a diehard fan of the original toy series.

Maybe the action did last a little too long, but I thought that it was very well done, and that it was pretty exciting.
