I watched this movie for the first time five years ago and loved it anyways. Don't give me the "nostalgia" crap. Of course, you morons are only comparing it to the new one.

Totally agreed. Critics always use "nostalgia" as some sort of aesthetic crutch when all they're talking about is themselves. In the vernacular of the 80s: this poser is lame.

You know I love this movie as I have since I watched it as a child. I thought that it was part nostalgia, but after rewatching with people that hadn't seen it I realized that unlike Flight of the Navigator, Tron doesn't need nostalgia.
