Some of it is very funny, some of it is too broad.

roeper works for disney. this is a disney film. i smell payola. i smell a stink bomb and it's called "tropic thunder".
btw--robert downey jr. confirms his great acting ability, but he ain't funny.

Uh, Tropic Thunder is a Dreamworks Film pal, not Disney. You probably haven't seen his reviews for Prince Caspian or National Treasure 2.

Every aspect about this movie was terrible, sans the first five minutes (it was 107 minutes long).

tropic thunder was hilarious all the way through, and very clever...maybe it's just not your type of humor..oh and the 82% fresh rating doesn't lie.

agree with you 100%....i love watching movies that ben stiller writes and directs because not only are they funny but you get a lot of cameos by other big stars.
