Paramount Announces Les Grossman Project
Paramount has announced plans to give Les Grossman, the profane, portly movie exec played by Tom Cruise in "Tropic Thunder," his own film spinoff. Cruise and Ben Stiller will produce.

Weekly Ketchup: Tom Cruise to return as Tropic Thunder's Les Grossman
This week sees a surprising lack of the remakes we've gotten used to seeing in the Weekly Ketchup, with the shelving of one horror remake balancing out a movie that is only a remake in as much as it tackles a subject mostly only adapted in Japanese movies most of us haven't seen. First Shot of Robert Downey Jr. in Tropic Thunder Hits the Web
The first photos from Ben Stiller's Tropic Thunder and Kevin Smith's Zack and Miri Make a Porno surfaced online this week, and though the Zack and Miri still is basically just your garden-variety shot of the stars in action, the Thunder shot had film nerds across the Web spitting their Yoo-Hoos all over their computer screens.

Robert Downey Jr. To Lead In The Soloist
It looks like Robert Downey Jr. may be cultivating a mini-career of playing journalists. First it was Zodiac, and now Variety is reporting that Downey will join the cast of The Soloist, playing a reporter who discovers a homeless violin virtuoso, played by Jamie Foxx.
