Anyone who owns Rattle and Hum knows that U2 is a great live act, but what's the point of U2 3D beyond simulating a front-row view of one of their concerts?
Moron and obviously not a fan. The point of this is just what you stated...a front row seat for those who couldn't obtain/afford a front row seat.

Why does it need to have a point beyond simulating a front-row view of one of their concerts?
Jan 9 - 11:10 PM
Pretty sure that IS the point. What do you want from a concert film, plot twists?

He's totally right, its just as pointless as every other crappy concert movie but with a stupid 3D gimmick.
Jan 10 - 11:39 AM
not only is this a ridiculous idea, u2 is incredibly homosexual.
