Deranged Z-movie masterminds Michael and Roberta Findlay directed THE ULTIMATE DEGENERATE, the bizarre and twisted tale of a wheelchair-bound madman who uses aphrodisiacs to enslave a group of beautiful women. The Findlays also had a hand in THE LUSTING HOUR, a mind-in-the-gutter "exposé" of perverted nightlife.
