Under the Rainbow, have a interesting plot, but the screenplay is not creative and the humor is too silly.

While this comedy is not quite jam-packed with laughs, it certainly keeps your interest. Set in 1938, the impossible story centres around the making of The Wizard of Oz, assassination attempts on a duke and duchess, the nefarious doings of Nazi and Japanese spies prior to World War II, and the life span of a dog named Streudel.
