wtf ... more boring than twilight? ok so underworld is not the best vampire movie ever made ... but to say its worse than twilight is appalling .... at least underworld does well enough to blend vampire/werewolf action and romance ... with decent enough acting and the proper amount of violence that a monster movie requires .... twilight is just filled with utter sap, terrible cringe worthy acting, cheap action... and once we saw how vampires glitter in day light ...that was as gay as it got ... you can criticize this movie all you want but please dont say that anything is worse than twilight because unless your a screaming justin bieber loving tween or adult with the mind of a tween girl...then that is a complete lie.

He said the franchise (not just the movie) is more boring than Twilight, dumbass. I usually don't like vampire movies but Underworld movies (obviously cause we get to see Kate hot a$$ kick serious butt) are the exception. 30 Days of Night, Bram Stoker's Dracula & Let Me In (american remake) are also very good vampire movies. Twilight is just boring!!

While I do recognize the fact that cinematically the Underworld series is hardly a quality franchise, it definitely does have an entertainment value. It also had more mythology than your typical movie so that interests me as well.

Unfortunately, that's his entire review, and he doesn't even comment on the quality of the movie (good movies are boring most of the time). I doubt it'll be a good movie, but still, boring it is not.

This might the first time I've seen a blurb that was actually the whole review.

But this still makes sense considering if you don't like this series you won't like this movie. Twilight is entertaining on the unintentional level since you can laugh at many parts of it.

Meh, All of the Underworld films have rotten tomato-meters. I like them regardless of their average quality craft. These movies do all the things a good action film needs and what we expect from them. My fellow Critics just want more than the junk food cinema these films offer up. These kind of simple action films always perform poorly with critics.

I've seen the film and it was hella fun, especially in 3D. The 3D is good in this movie, I recommend seeing it in the format as it was shot and intended to be seen in 3D. If you are going to see it, see it in IMAX 3D if you can.

just because you miss sparkling vampires just mean you have to go after the franchise. I have seen all the underworld and will see any more that will come. Rotten tomato should have a meter for the critic's as well so that we regular users could give a rotten review for you guys.
