Fast & Furious 6
The Hangover Part III
Inside Llewyn Davis
Yet more vampire vs werewolf battles from the fang franchise that is even more boring than Twilight. Strictly for completists.
Jan 15 - 09:27 PM
wtf ... more boring than twilight? ok so underworld is not the best vampire movie ever made ... but to say its worse than twilight is appalling .... at least underworld does well enough to blend vampire/werewolf action and romance ... with decent enough acting and the proper amount of violence that a monster movie requires .... twilight is just filled with utter sap, terrible cringe worthy acting, cheap action... and once we saw how vampires glitter in day light ...that was as gay as it got ... you can criticize this movie all you want but please dont say that anything is worse than twilight because unless your a screaming justin bieber loving tween or adult with the mind of a tween girl...then that is a complete lie.

The movie isn't out yet, dumbasses, lighten up, he may be right.
Jan 16 - 12:39 AM
He said the franchise (not just the movie) is more boring than Twilight, dumbass. I usually don't like vampire movies but Underworld movies (obviously cause we get to see Kate hot a$$ kick serious butt) are the exception. 30 Days of Night, Bram Stoker's Dracula & Let Me In (american remake) are also very good vampire movies. Twilight is just boring!!
Jan 16 - 10:04 AM
Mv is right, he said the franchise.
While I do recognize the fact that cinematically the Underworld series is hardly a quality franchise, it definitely does have an entertainment value. It also had more mythology than your typical movie so that interests me as well.
Unfortunately, that's his entire review, and he doesn't even comment on the quality of the movie (good movies are boring most of the time). I doubt it'll be a good movie, but still, boring it is not.
Jan 16 - 01:25 PM
thats a review?
Jan 16 - 07:59 AM
You are very mistaken.
Jan 16 - 09:17 AM
Fanboys of the Internets, UNITE!!!
Jan 16 - 10:59 AM
More boring than twilight? what are you, 15 and an emo?
Jan 16 - 11:53 AM
This might the first time I've seen a blurb that was actually the whole review.
But this still makes sense considering if you don't like this series you won't like this movie. Twilight is entertaining on the unintentional level since you can laugh at many parts of it.
Jan 16 - 05:43 PM
I can't believe anyone is actually defending this series. Crap franchise if there ever was one.
Jan 16 - 05:56 PM
Lol! We all have different tastes buddy. If you feel it is a crap franchise that by all means just don't watch it. ;-) AND because YOU say it's crap doesn't make it crap for everyone.
Jan 20 - 01:14 PM
With a "review" like this I consider it reasonable to doubt whether this critic has even seen the movie.
20 words is all the could be mustered? Really?
Jan 16 - 06:26 PM
what an idiot
Jan 16 - 08:31 PM
Meh, All of the Underworld films have rotten tomato-meters. I like them regardless of their average quality craft. These movies do all the things a good action film needs and what we expect from them. My fellow Critics just want more than the junk food cinema these films offer up. These kind of simple action films always perform poorly with critics.
I've seen the film and it was hella fun, especially in 3D. The 3D is good in this movie, I recommend seeing it in the format as it was shot and intended to be seen in 3D. If you are going to see it, see it in IMAX 3D if you can.
Jan 17 - 12:20 AM
You work for the studio? "I recommend you give as much money to the film as possible when you see this" is to paraphrase your suggestion. Movies like this do not need more funding from the public.
Jan 17 - 01:31 AM
I said "my fellow critics" so I don't know where you got the idea I work for the studio who made this. There have been critic screenings already, we just can't post reviews until the film is released. So chill, I'm just a fan as well:)
Jan 17 - 02:50 AM
Doesn't this fall short of the rottentomatoes' standards for minimum length? Jesus. One sentence? Surely that isn't enough to make this a credible review.
Jan 17 - 08:30 AM
Online publications must achieve and maintain a minimum 500,000 unique monthly visitors according to comScore, Inc or Nielsen Net Ratings and reviews must have an average length of at least 300 words. Publications must also show a consistent standard of professionalism, writing quality, and editorial integrity across all reviews and articles. Lastly, site design and layout should also reflect a reasonable level of quality and must have a domain name specific to the property.
For all outlets, reviews should be readable within a standard browser; reviews that require users to download additional software or browser plugins (ie PDFs) are strongly discouraged. Applications for international outlets will be made on a case-by-case basis, with input from local Rotten Tomatoes editors when applicable.
Jan 17 - 08:31 AM
So who do we notify that this "review" doesn't been RT standards?
Jan 17 - 12:12 PM
Would you please learn to structure a sentence?
Jan 22 - 10:57 PM
this kid doesn't even know what he's talking about
Jan 20 - 04:54 PM
just because you miss sparkling vampires just mean you have to go after the franchise. I have seen all the underworld and will see any more that will come. Rotten tomato should have a meter for the critic's as well so that we regular users could give a rotten review for you guys.
Jan 21 - 12:11 PM
yeah, well I give your asinine "review" of the review of the review a full blown rotten. While this franchise is not quite as bad as Twilight, it is a dumbed down, witless product that will obviously not stand the test of time.
