A mild cross between The Big Chill and Sex and the City, this English-language German oddity is a romantic comedy passing through on its way to video.

Reviews for Venus and Mars
Venus and Mars has nothing to do with the ubiquitous John Gray book. And is, essentially, about the inevitable redeeming power of love. Which, unfortunately, is not what one is feeling when the credits finally roll.
Sometimes the predictability of a romantic comedy is reassuring, and sometimes it makes you want to scream, as with this witless wonder.
This tale of twentysomethings manages to feel false every step of the way.
