Woody Allen's Vicky Cristina Barcelona has a natural, flowing vitality to it, a sun-drenched splendor that never falters.

Wow. I used to respect you reviews but you have really overrated this one. It seems to take an army of critics to attribute far more to this movie than it deserves on its merits. The voice over is a lazy way out and sounds like it was composed by a high school student working on "what i did on my summer vacation" report; oh of course chiches about lesbian sex; a woman working on an MA in Spain who barely speaks any Spanish; Allen's sweaty little dreams and of course the all sooo original theme of the stable bourgeois life vs. the lif of the artisit.
