The Trailers with The Dark Knight?
Source: ComingSoon.net
July 8, 2008
With The Dark Knight hitting theaters on July 18, many are wondering which trailers they can expect to be released with such a highly-anticipated movie. ComingSoon.net has now confirmed which trailers Warner Bros. Pictures will be debuting.
There's been much speculation that we'll be seeing the first trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, but it looks like Harry Potter fans will have to wait a bit longer for the first footage. Our guess is it will be shown with the studio's Star Wars: The Clone Wars on August 15, but that's not confirmed.
Instead, what you can expect are the first trailers for Warner Bros.' Terminator Salvation (May 22, 2009), which of course also stars Christian Bale, Zack Snyder's graphic novel adaptation Watchmen (Mar. 6, 2009), and the Ridley Scott-directed thriller Body of Lies (Oct. 10), with Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe.
Stay tuned for when these trailers come online!

Terminator 4!!! YES~!!!! I have read the description of the trailer and it sounds awesome!!!
Posted by: Hughezy on July 8, 2008 at 11:27:28
the T4 teaser isn't likely going to have any footage from the film in it. i mean this film will likely have LOADS of CGI and they've only started filming it a few weeks ago.

Gosh darn it, when the heck are we going to see a HP&THBP trailer? What are they waiting for? If they can have a teaser trailer for T4 that's almost a year away, you're telling me they can't have one for a movie ~6 months away...?
Posted by: mikev on July 8, 2008 at 11:34:57

It would be sweet to see some Transformers 2 or X-Men Origins teaser photage even though they are still filming. They'll probably show some GI Joe and I will subsequently have to clown............

I want a Dragonball teaser at least before this summer is over, that's what I want!! But that probably won't happen attached to TDK.
Maybe with Eagle Eye in the fall...

give us GI Joe

Harry Potter? who gives a furk about Harry Potter? and Terminator Salvation, while that actually has a chance to be decent, it's been filming for like 5 minutes, I wouldn't expect anything more than some fire and a title card. Dragonball? again, why? it looks terrible, and the cartoon is pathetic anyways. GIJoe the cartoon was great fun, and a great movie adaption could be made, but the power rangers-tastic looking attempt they've made is gonna be laughable.
Over 20 comments and and not one person has said yet that they're looking forward to Watchmen. You people make me sick.
And while I'me here, anybody who pulls that 1st crap is proper lame, and anybody who moans about it is just perpetuating it. Dont give them the satisfaction of getting angry with them over it 'cos they'll do it even more. Dumbasses.

Posted by: TerreF15 on July 8, 2008 at 12:19:40
Idk about the t4, i dont think it would be the same without the govenator, the dark knight will be the best film all year, f**k harry, watchmen looks decent, dont know about the others.

yo mikev:
lay off the offensive language and try expanding your personal lexicon a bit beyond 'gay,' 'retard,' and 'awesome.' the internet will thank you.
and i'll agree with the guy above ^^^ that watchmen is by far the most exciting trailer we'll see at TDK. anybody know that it was included in TIME's 2005 list of the 100 best english-language novels from 1923-present? it's the only graphic novel on the list.
