This movie is about the first time the World Trade Center was bombed (back in the early 90's). I think it was made pretty quickly and the acting was mediocre. I enjoyed it b/c I was really into George Clooney back then. I think he played a rookie firefighter who gets injured. Since my hubby was a city firefighter for 32 years, we try and watch all movies with firefighting scenes in them.
