It sure took a looooong time to finally put this children to adult story of young folks being trained and posted into Wushu Martial arts competition...as this is going on a corrupt exiled former student is abducting children from the streets of China, and poaching them into slavery. It was okay to watch...depending on your love for martial arts stories...

Never give an oriental person a cigar as they have no idea how to act with one. Photography is scenic with the added beauty of the sets and costumes. The script is tight and gives credence to the story. Music is lovely adding a quaint oriental charm that resounds around the action. The film is formulated so is aimed at Children. Nibbles: Boiled rice and vegetables.

The movie was a little under okay. The movie goes too fast, there are tons of great moments with potential, but the movie won't let us breathe in the moment, instead they jump to another scene, where they could include maybe a flashback ,or a pause, etc. The movie is a little embarrassing to watch, as the four heroes are too overdone and are melodramatic. The plot line is too predictable and the effects are too overdone and unnecessary.

Another Messiah complex movie. Apparently all cultures of the world great and small need constant saving from tyranny and injustice by the Benevolent intervention of a Caucasian man.

Not the best Chinese movie I have seen. Very average.

Weak movie with weak plot- just an excuse for some very fake fight scenes. Lame and not recommended.

Would be a better movie if it was in English. Otherwise it wasn't a bad movie.

The way the movie was told was difficult to understand. You really had to pay attention, but the fighting that occurred in that movie made it worth while. Different style fighting, more spins and twists and more of a close combat style fighting.

Really entertaining with some of China's newest stars. Jackie Chan actually produced a decent flick.

This movie is so bad it makes me laugh. All the dialogues sound like they came from cheesy greeting cards or fortune cookies. The final showdown was a let down.

the story kept it interesting with how it had 5 friends attending wushu school and trying to win top medals in their area of martial arts and then with the side story of the past student who went down the wrong path and was kidnapping small children to sell on the black market so as a whole this movie didnt turn out to bad and the acting was pretty good and the end fight was cool it showed sammo hung could still kick butt
