A funny and entertaning film, with great acting and direction by Diegues. Xica da Silva presents the story of the clever, ambitious and sexy slave Xica, the title character, in the mid-19th-century, and how she grow in the society in that time, using her body. A good Brazilian film that satirize the prejudice and custom of the time. Fresh.
