An art-crime flick and an amazing one. Seems to just concentrate mostly on the loaded-gun character of the cop, and blends more into the narrative of the film as we follow him along. This has the beautiful charm of 70s Japanese films, the kind you get in films like The Street Fighter, especially with the hand held

I really totally digging this movie but I really do need to see it again. The vibe and texture had a way tripped out atmosphere in regards to the characters and the film's personality through editing and music. It takes a very realistic world and turns it into a fucked up place to live in. Pretty cool ending, too.
