On paper, it may have looked like 'Cats and Dogs' would prove a winner with both children and adults. Maybe even another 'Babe'. Something, however, obviously went seriously wrong between the drawing board and the transformation to celluloid.

Top Critic It's tough to warm up to a pig, or a goose, or an orangutan for that matter. Therefore, "Cats & Dogs" is the "Babe" of the summer, only it's more familiar, more action-packed and just plain funnier!

What begins as a mildly amusing joke eventually blooms into full-fledged lunacy, as sky-diving ninja cats duke it out with dogs who have "Mission: Impossible"-style computers hidden inside their doghouses.
