Jed Weintrob is looking energized and animated -- if not a little pixelated -- on a sunny weekday afternoon in New York. A small Webcam, the method of mayhem in Weintrob's film "On_Line," is fixed on the wall of his bedroom. His habitat is sparsely decorated with a small framed photo that can't be distinguished (could be a Monet, could be a photo from a vacation to Disneyland) and a huge poster from the Kiev, Russia, premiere of the movie.
